KMKWOOD H20 Wooden Beam Wall and Column Formwork System
KMK Wooden Beam Formwork System consists of 3 main elements: plywood, wooden beam and steel belt. KMK Wooden Beam Formwork System is a flexible system that can be adapted to different projects and strengths. It is used as a wall, circular wall, single-sided wall, column, and adjustable column formwork in different structures such as industrial buildings, infrastructure constructions, residential constructions, and retaining walls.

Panels of different strengths and sizes are obtained by adapting H20 wooden beams and NPU100 steel belt elements to each other. 18 mm or 21 mm plywood is used in panels. Panels created according to the project are carried by a crane without being disassembled until the end of the project, and labor and time are saved with fast circulation. The strength of column formworks with a maximum height of 10m is 90 kN/m2, and the strength of wall formwork panels with a maximum height of 5m is 50 kN/m2. Generally, panels are analyzed according to these values. Static calculations are made for other dimensions, and the system is designed. Since the panel surface is wide and flat, a smooth concrete surface is obtained. With project-specific elements, it is possible to create special sectioned or circular wall formworks.
