H-Type Load Bearing Under Slab Scaffolding System
H-Type Load Bearing Under Slab Scaffolding System
H-Type Load Bearing Scaffolding System is a highly durable carrier system whose main carrier consists of frames. Heavy load scaffolding system gives you “SPEED, ECONOMY, and CONFIDENCE.” It is easy to construct movable scaffoldings in various widths thanks to the diagonal elements in different sizes for ensuring the stability of H frames. Each vertical pipe of the main frames can carry a load of up to 55 kN. Two different applications can be used with the H-Type load bearing scaffolding system, which are table type slab formwork and formwork scaffolding application. The scaffolding system mainly consists of the following elements:
Main Frame, Four-Way Head, Diagonal element, Lower adjustment shaft, and Frame joining part.
The main carrier frames are made of steel pipes of 60×3 mm, 60×3.60 mm or 60×4 mm. Diagonal components are made of 34×2.5 mm pipes. The main frames used in the system are usually 150 cm in width and the height is 110 cm, 150 cm and 180 cm. This is a highly durable carrier system whose main carrier consists of H frames. It consists of frame elements and diagonal fasteners that combine frames stably. Frames can be added on top of each other and turned into a tower at the desired height.
This system can be also used as a table-type under slab scaffolding system. It consists of upper and lower parts when it is used as a table type system. The upper part consists of plywood , the Auxiliary Carrier (Grid), the main carrier (ridge), and a four-way head. Plywood is connected to the auxiliary carriers by means of screws. The auxiliary carriers are fixed on the main carriers by perforated wooden connection components. Four-Way Heads (jacked or piped) are fixed on the main carrier girders by connection components and then the upper part is formed. The lower parts consists of frames, diagonals and lower adjusting shafts. The lower adjusting shafts are connected to the frames by Jack Clips. The lower part is formed by inserting diagonals into locked pins over the frames as well. Table Type Load Bearing Scaffolding System is completed by interconnecting the upper and lower parts by means of pins and wedges. The secondary beams are fixed to the main beams with perforated wooden fittings. Four-way heads (with jack or pipe) are fixed to the main carrier beams with connection parts, and the upper part is formed. The lower part has frames, diagonals, and lower adjustment shafts. The lower adjustment shafts are joined to the frames with jack tongs. Diagonals, on the other hand, are attached to the lock pins on the frames and the lower part is formed. The table-type scaffolding system is completed by connecting the upper and lower parts to each other by means of pins and cotter pins.
