Climbing Formwork Systems
Climbing Formwork Systems
Climbing formwork systems are used in places such as walls on the outer surface of high-rise buildings and viaducts where casting is not possible at one time. Thus, both labor and material are saved.
In the first casting, the places where the climbing hangers will be placed are determined, and carrot anchors are placed in the concrete.
In the second casting, climbing consoles are placed on the cone by attaching bolts and console carrying cones (console hanger pulley) to the carrot anchor. Thus, a safe working area is created on the consoles. The working area is created by using upward-moving shaft platform beams to close the elevator shafts. In this system, the wall formwork is double-sided. Concrete pressure is carried by anchor shafts.
A safe working area is also created for the workers on the consoles.
System features:
The system consists of a small number of standard elements.
It is fast and reliable.
Platforms have large surfaces.
Single-Sided Formwork Systems
Single Surface Wall Formwork System is used in reinforced concrete structures such as retaining walls, thick walls, dam structures that cannot be anchored on both sides. Different types of Single Sided Wall Formwork Systems are produced according to the increasing concrete pressure depending on the wall height. Support spacing and support type are determined according to concrete pressure.
