Flanged Type Scaffolding Systems (Ringlock)

The flanged scaffolding system can be used safely in all kinds of structures and flooring, both as an under-form carrier scaffold and as a facade scaffold. This scaffolding system is an under-formwork scaffolding system with high bearing capacity with rigid connection points without requiring too many fasteners. The carrying capacity can be up to 6 tons for each prop. Economical solutions can be achieved in high concrete thicknesses. The props that make up the system are produced from 0 48.3×3.00 mm TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certified pipes.

Flanges are 8 mm thick and a high quality sheet metal is used.

Welding is done with automatic arc robots. Flanges welded on the pipe can be connected from 8 points on a single surface.

In this way, it is safe against bending as the connection of horizontal and vertical elements is formed in a rigid manner. Even a single person can install it, the system is set up and dismantled very quickly. The flange is connected with the dovetail with the help of a 500-gram hammer and tightened with a wedge. The horizontal dovetail is steel cast or 4 mm sheet; the wedges are ST 44 quality and 6 mm. Due to the fact that the wedges are made of ST 44 sheet metal, it is resistant to impacts.
