COMPARISON OF H TYPE FACADE SCAFFOLDING AND RING-LOCK TYPE FACADE SCAFFOLDING

We have prepared an informative article for those who are curious about the differences between H type facade scaffolding and flanged type facade scaffolding, or for those who have difficulty deciding which one to choose.

First of all, H Type Facade Scaffolding Systems are more economical than Ring-Lock Type Facade Scaffolding Systems. If your only criterion is price, you can choose H Type Scaffolding.

In terms of safety, there is no difference between H Type Scaffolding and Ring-Lock Type Scaffolding. If it provides TS EN 12810 norms, both types of scaffolding are safe.

Ring-Lock Type Scaffolding occupies less space in disassembled form. You will need less storage space, and the shipping cost will be lower as well.

Installation of H type facade scaffolding is more practical than ring-lock type scaffolding.

The diameter of the load bearing pipes is the same in both scaffolding, but the diameter of the horizontal and diagonal pipes is wider in ring-lock type scaffolding.

Horizontal and diagonal elements are lighter in H type scaffolding.

While the distance between two frames is 250 cm in H type scaffolding, the distance between two vertical elements is 300 cm in ring-lock type scaffolding. Therefore, if you are going to work with long materials on the scaffold, you can choose ring-lock type scaffolding.

In case of being thrown from a height, the probability of damage to the H type scaffolding will be higher than the flanged type. While the ring-lock type scaffolding verticals consists of pipes, the H type scaffolding is in the form of a frame, so its form can be distorted when thrown from a height.

The advantages and disadvantages of H type facade scaffolding and ring-lock type facade scaffolding are generally in this way. If you need more information or have made your decision and would like to receive a quote, please contact us.
