Scaffolding is a temporary structure used to support workers and materials that assist in the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges, and all other structures. It has different usage areas such as Facade Scaffolding Systems and Load Bearing Under Slab Scaffolding Systems.
Facade scaffolding is used to access heights and areas that are normally difficult to reach. H type facade scaffolding and ring-lock type facade scaffolding are commonly used facade scaffolding systems.
H type facade scaffolding system consists of components such as H scaffold panel foot, H scaffold starter, horizontal and diagonal connection element, adjustable base plate, metal walking platform, walking platform with ladder, scaffold-wall connection element. In the ring-lock type scaffolding system, there are elements such as vertical element, horizontal element, scaffolding starter , adjustable base plate, metal walking platform, walking platform with ladder, scaffold-wall connection element. In addition to these, there are also scaffolding elements such as safety horizontal element and toe board. Facade scaffolding can be produced as painted or galvanized.
There are various types of load bearing under-slab scaffolding systems such as H-type under-slab scaffolding system, ring-lock type under slab scaffolding system, cup-lock under slab scaffolding system, and telescopic probe systems. H type scaffolding consists of elements such as main frame, adjustable four-way head, diagonal element, adjustable base plate, frame connector. On the other hand, ring-lock type scaffolding has elements such as vertical element, horizontal element, adjustable four-ways head, lower adjustment shaft and frame connector. Cup-lock type scaffolding consists of vertical element, horizontal element, adjustable four-ways head, adjustable base plate and frame connector. The telescopic probe system is a system that can be used in any floor plan under 4 meters. It consists of a height-adjustable telescopic pipe and a tripod. It can be produced with a flat head, a U head or a wide head, depending on demand.
